1 Introduction & Consent
By accessing or using the 365aca website and platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between 365aca and all its users.

These Terms & Conditions apply in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account with 365aca, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Each person may only hold one account — duplicate accounts using the same name, address, email, or phone number are not permitted.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
- You must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Operating an account on behalf of someone else or through a proxy is not permitted.
365aca reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. A copy of your national ID or passport may be required. Failure to verify within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.
3 Deposit & Payment Methods
365aca accepts deposits from Bangladeshi users via mobile banking. Deposits are currently supported through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
- Minimum deposit: BDT 200.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1–5 minutes.
- Only a mobile banking account registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
- Deposits from accounts registered under a third party's name will not be accepted and will be returned.
- Deposits above a certain amount may be subject to additional verification.
365aca charges no hidden fees or transaction charges. However, your mobile banking operator's own fees may apply, and these are beyond 365aca's control.

4 Withdrawal Rules & Process
365aca offers fast and secure withdrawals of your winnings. The following rules apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the original deposit.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes.
- Large withdrawals (above a specified limit) may require additional verification, which can take up to 24 hours.
- Winnings derived from a bonus are only withdrawable once the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is fully completed.
365aca reserves the right to decline withdrawals where suspicious activity, rule violations, or unverified accounts are involved. Users will be notified of the reason in such cases.
5 Betting Rules & Conditions
The following rules apply at all times when betting on 365aca:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time the bet is placed are considered final.
- If a match is cancelled or does not take place, bets are generally voided and the stake is refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 365aca reserves the right to void the affected bet.
- 365aca's result determination process for Sports Betting is considered final.
- Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
365aca reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet. Accounts may be subject to investigation if suspicious betting patterns are detected.
To dispute any betting outcome, submit a request to the 365aca support team within 72 hours of the result being announced.
6 Bonus & Promotion Terms
365aca offers welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:
- Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, which will be communicated to you before the bonus is granted.
- Each bonus is limited to one claim per account.
- Multiple bonuses from the same household, address, or device are not permitted.
- Meeting the wagering requirements is mandatory before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses have an expiry date — any bonus not used within the specified period will be automatically forfeited.
- 365aca reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or arbitrage betting — will result in cancellation of all bonuses and related winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 365aca platform:
- Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
- Registering with false information or attempting to bypass identity verification.
- Creating accounts with the deliberate intent of claiming bonuses.
- Exploiting system or software errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
Any involvement in prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.
